No I didn't fall off the face of the earth. Just been doing other things than what I should be.
We took a nice weekend trip last week to Red Lodge, MT, and stayed at our (now) favorite bed & breakfast, the Rocky Fork Inn. It's a gorgeous place and too bad the creek was roaring along and the weather turned ugly cause we would have liked to have used the deck that look out OVER the creek. Maybe next time.
Joey got new booties for his truck and a new combo dvd/vcr recorder/player. He didn't like the one I bought him ... to hard to figure out how to run I guess.
We had lovely meals all weekend so I have avoided the scale out of guilt for 2 weekends now. Pretty tough to stick to under 1300 calories a day.
We weather is still chilly and not apt to get warmer next week. Had to turn the little oil filled radiator in the bedroom back on. brrrr. Broke down and bought some bedding plants and have them huddled together next to the foundation to harden them off. Hopefully can plant them this week but nights are dipping down into the 30's so may wait.
Have done absolutely NOTHING for over a week. Wednesday my left wrist began to hurt and by 3am was up in agony. Thought it was tendonitis but turns out I had somehow locked up my wrist. Good thing I went to the chiro Friday morning or I'd be on heavy pain meds by now. I mean it HURT! It still does but it's much better, thank you.
On the bead front (which is really why you're here, right?) I'll be listing some sets over on JustBeads.com. Look for a link to the left when I get it done. Or just go to justbeads.com and search for seller ID: DarleenMB. Same as ebay.
I'm also thinking seriously about putting an ad in one of the big bead magazaines (not Bead & Button yet cause I'm not THAT rich!) and then putting all focal beads here on the website. If you have any thoughts on this, let me know. I'll keep doing small sets on ebay but I've been so out of it I've pretty much lost my way there. Sales are off for everyone, I know but they are really bad for me right now. Probably part of why I don't wanna work.
ANYhoo. Back to work with a vengence tomorrow. Pics posted later ...
