About my beads Each bead is handmade by me in my home studio using a variety of glasses including Effetre (aka Moretti), Vetrofond, Murano, Bullseye, Double Helix, Roccio, Reichenbach, CIM, Lauscha, or ASK. My beads are kiln annealed for strength and durability. I try to present the colors as true as possible. Sizes are given as “through-the-hole by diameter.” Please feel free to email me with any questions.
Shipping Is a flat rate of $2.50 for the first item, then 25˘ for each additional item. Insurance is always OPTIONAL and recommended. I am not responsible for the Post Office losing something so please, if you have any concerns, add the insurance. Up to $50 it's $1.35; $51 to $100 is $2.30; $101 to $200 is $3.35 and $201 to $300 is $4.40. If you need it ASAP, please email me before you pay and I'll quote you the price for Priority. Although the Post Office has increased rates again, I intend to keep my shipping at it's current level for the time being. If your postage goes over $4.50 I will automatically switch to Priority Mail.
International Shipping Right now I don't have it set for shipping to Canada and I'm not sure what to do about global mail. So PLEASE if you are outside the US, EMAIL me before you place an order. Let me know what you want and I'll calculate the postage by hand and send you a Paypal invoice.
Special Orders If you haven't found exactly what you're looking for in terms of color or shape in my catalog or Gallery, please drop me a note and let me know what you want. I'll be happy to give you an estimate on prices and estimated time to make the beads.
Returns I want you to be happy with your purchase. I will be happy to exchange an item if you are not happy with it, but I cannot give refunds. Shipping & handling is not refundable or included in an exchange. Please email me BEFORE sending anything back to me.
